Recently I came across a very cool new social media site called Health Yoga (www.HealthYoga.com). It is perfect for all us yogis who want to connect via a yoga social media site! There is nothing like this site and it has a lot of other informative material and articles to boot!
Check it out and join, it's free!!!

My Final Day at Yoga Rocks Oyster Bay
I end my teaching at Yoga Rocks Oyster Bay, the first studio I created, tomorrow, Wednesday, 1/20/2010. I am looking forward to teaching the two best classes I can in the space that has helped me grow and heal over the past few years. I have sold this location this past October yet continued to b a part of the teaching there. I am ready and open to new beginnings and opportunities and have met amazing people who share the same love and light vision of yoga for everyone as I do. My lifelong goal is to inspire children and adults to practice yoga and make it a part of your lifestyle. It is so essential for body, mind, and spirit growth and development.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and inspired me on this journey. I could not have done it without you.
Onward and upward! If you want to stay connected, email me and I will place you on my email list.
See you on the mat...
